We are still running the Tee for Tea offer launched in March this year, so do come along, and tell your friends about it.

This ad is derived from the Tea for Tee promotional card described below. It appeared in the Milngavie & Bearsden Herald and Extra in their golf issue on March 26th. Here is the full text of the ad:
"Bearsden Golf Club enjoys a reputation for friendliness and golfing inclusiveness, and with this in mind, we invite you to take advantage of our “Tea for Tee” promotion.
Come dine at “Mulberrys at Bearsden” restaurant, and receive a complimentary round of golf on a convenient day, or a bottle of wine per couple. Our Head Chef, Mulberrys’ Michael Lynch, is passionate about food and never compromises on quality.
Recently we have invested in many course improvements and our attractive new clubhouse which has lovely views of the course and is one of Bearsden’s hidden gems.

The Tea for Tee offer
The Club promotes our Mulberrys 1891 restaurant and Club membership through a door to door mailing and advertising. The "message" side of the postcard we are using is shown here. The main details of the offer to non-members are:
- Have dinner (or complimentary bottle of wine for non-golfers)
- Choose a Tee time with the Club
- Those taking dinner play golf and...
- ...hopefully will think of joining the club either as social members, or as full golfing members if they like the course.
I have several thousand more of these cards to distribute to our locality, so see me or any Committee member to volunteer to deliver to your local street(s)!
